LOOKING AFTER THE TABLE

Our campaign. Our privacy.

The campaign archive stores the character information, session details, notes, dice rolls, and files that participants choose to keep for the game. The public homepage introduces role-playing, the imaginative world of tabletop play with an interactive fictional encounter. Full character sheets, private notes, rolls, and original documents stay in the protected archive.

Who can see the archive

The campaign archive is available to the owner and explicitly invited participants after sign-in. Administrators manage the website and campaign content. A Dungeon Master role does not grant website editing permission. Private files are delivered through authenticated routes.

Calls, cameras, and recordings

Google Meet opens separately. The camera check is local to your browser: nothing is recorded or uploaded. Camera and microphone tracks stop when you close the check. Google Meet and Google Drive apply their own privacy and sharing settings.

A recording link is only stored when an administrator explicitly records that participants agreed. The site does not start recordings or automatically import them.

What we keep

Choices in the public fictional encounter stay in the current page and are never added to your campaign. Optional ambient sound is created locally. Your motion preference is stored only in this browser so the page can remember it on your next visit.

Campaign records remain until the owner removes them. Recording retention and any recording links must be agreed by the table. No advertising trackers or analytics are included. The archive does not import private chat conversations automatically.

Hosting and requests

The protected campaign uses Sites hosting on Cloudflare, D1 for structured records and a private R2 binding for uploaded files. An EU-only storage location has not been verified for this deployment. Contact your game organizer through your existing group channel for access, correction, export, or deletion requests.
